Insight and actions

Series on stress and burnout

The leadership work of teachers and school leaders makes a significant contribution to school culture and to student learning. Effective leadership requires a range of skills – from growing your own self-awareness and emotional regulation, to communication and the ability to work well in collaborative groups and in how to create psychological safety at work. Working well with colleagues and in groups and teams is essential for healthy and sustainable schools.

Schools

We support systems around the world design and implement teacher and leadership development strategies, design effective professional development and training centres, and how to increase the efficiency of development expenditure for school and system improvement.

Systems

We work with schools on their teacher and leader development initiatives, including roles and responsibilities, and how to develop and implement effective professional development programs and professional learning communities.
